Art Print – Dry scrub, Mallee Country

Art print of painting Dry Scrub. Here is typical Mallee Country with dry scrub and open woodland.

The freshwater Hattah Lakes in Mallee Country are filled by creeks connected by the Murray River. Red River Gums, with their gnarled, twisted trunks make for a very picturesque atmosphere. This was painted on a board, 9 inches x 5 inches, which is the same size as the Australian Impressionists painted in the late 1800's. I particularly loved the bright lime-green of the grass growing amidst the dry scrubland.

The artwork is printed at archival quality on cotton rag paper in Australia, with a small border ready to be framed.
