When will my order be shipped?

We aim to process, pack and ship your order within 4 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order and once again when it has been processed.

Orders placed after 1 pm or on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.

Please note at exceptionally busy times and due to covid-19 , these timings might vary.

Which shipping method do you use?

We use Australia Post standard shipping to send all orders. Please get in touch if you need an order urgently.

Shipping times

Within Australia your order should arrive within 5-10 working days.

Please note due to current circumstances postal services may be experiencing delays and disruptions to service.

I’ve lost my confirmation email/didn’t receive one

Please check your junk mail folder to make sure the email hasn’t landed in there by mistake.

If you cannot find the email or have lost it please get in touch with us at hello@seaberrystudio.com and we’ll be happy to help.

I haven’t received my order, where is it?

If you have been waiting to receive your order longer than 10 business days in Australia or longer than 20 business days outside of Australia, then please contact us at hello@seaberyystudio.com and we will be able to help.

I received my order but it is damaged/incorrect

On the rare occasion this might occur please contact us at hello@seaberrystudio.com and we will be able to help from there.

Can I return my order?

The short answer, yes! We really hope you love your Seaberry Studio artwork, but if for some reason you aren’t happy please send us an email (at hello@seaberrystudio.com) and return the item within 30 days. We can offer either an exchange or refund. Refunds will be for the amount paid for the products, and exclude shipping costs.
